			<description>I have an idea (or 6). #1, never re-elect ANYONE. Let them serve once, then shoot them in the head.  



#2. If you're holding an elected office, you MAY NOT run for any other office. IE, if your mayor of Nashville, you may not run for governor, or if your a congressman, you can't run for president. UNLESS you are willing to foot the bill for the special election to replace you.
